The Million Dollar Leg Agreement
1. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars NZD and are exclusive of GST.
2. All conversations and enquiries will be completely confidential.
3. Minimum area for sponsorship is 10cm2
4. Maximum area for sponsorship is 100cm2
5. James will get the area tattooed as soon as possible by a professional tattooist.
6. First sponsors will get the lower part of James’ leg which is more visible.
7. Sponsors may choose artwork they like from Art Klick as suggestions for their tattoo.
8. James will be an active advocate for the sponsors.
9. James will wear shorts whenever practical.
10. James will supply the website www.milliondollarleg.co.nz with pictures of his leg, logo’s of the sponsors with arrows pointing to the area they sponsored for a minimum of 10 years. A page on the sponsor will provide more information about the company and link to their website.
11. A free A3 stretched canvas print of the completed leg will be sent to every sponsor.
12. All sponsors will be invited to the leg completion party.
13. All sponsors will automatically become sponsors of www.artklick.co.nz with first option for event and competition sponsorship and their logo scrolling through the bottom of the homepage.
14. Social media tools such as Youtube and Facebook groups will be used to further market the project and sponsors.
15. If $1,000,000 is reached James will donate $50,000 to charity.
16. If $1,000,000 is reached James will donate $1,000 to each artists whose work is used in the tattoo and buy their artwork.
17. Sponsors are able to be denied at the discretion of James.
James will do all in his ability to do and provide the following. If any of these terms are not practical James will not be held liable and is fully indemnified from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses), losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands.
